The boating or marine pleasure craft is a recreational activity practiced with boats, the yacht, moored in marinas.

The pleasure boats are of variable length, designed and adapted exclusively for cruising or racing.

The recreational boating with Sea Ray boat tops began to develop in the nineteenth century in Europe and the U.S., practicing mostly with sailboats. The field of motor boats developed mainly in the second half of the twentieth century.

Recreational craft were originally built mainly of wood. However, since the second half of the twentieth century in the hulls reinforced resin or fibreglass eventually dominate the market. There is still, however, metal or wood vessels (these usually plywood).

Among the problems posed by recreational boating include: the lack of space in ports (marinas, health problems linked to the use of toilets on board and end of life recycling of vessels which was not foreseen.

They are always high in both artificial ports, since the natural shelters have high levels of occupancy. An artificial harbour is rarely profitable, so they are designed in conjunction with promoters that normally associate real estate developments, golf courses and marinas. These are all the features of the boating and you will be excited to experience this.
